Background

Amanda Washburn specializes in complex civil litigation, particularly in employment, sexual assault, and civil rights cases. She is committed to fighting to restore justice to those who have been wronged.

Amanda’s passion for fighting to restore justice began long before becoming a lawyer. She joined the firm in 2015 and worked tirelessly through her undergraduate degree program and law school to develop exceptional legal research and writing skills. Through the years, she has worked closely with the attorneys at the firm to develop exceptional skills in advocacy.

Amanda earned a Bachelor of Public Affairs from Wayne State University in 2018 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2023.

Amanda is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
